Have done PRP in back, knees shoulder and hip. Have done stem cells in hip instead of a hip replacement. At 72 I am way more active than I was 2 years ago (first treatment). I am back to walking 2 to3 miles a day, back to yoga after a long hiatus, and have added swimming to my exercise routine .
