Dr Schultz and the staff at CSC provide effective treatments for CCI and other joint problems, and genuinely care about their patients recovering as quickly as possible.

This is the best facility for PRP and stem cells. I've been using them since 2011. Truly the best at what they do.

Evaluation of symptoms was extremely thorough. Treatment & imaging plans were provided promptly & precisely, & all staff were fantastic. I would very much so recommend the Centeno-Schultz clinic to all patients seeking the provided treatments. Five stars!

Dr. Markle and the entire staff are amazing. I've been to the Centeno-Schultz clinic for a shoulder dislocation, partial ACL tear, retinacular tear, cervical instability, arthritis and stenosis, and hand arthritis. I was amazed at the long term relief and stability that I have achieved without surgery. Amazing results! Thank you all!

Staff and care are amazing, highly recommend them! I personally won’t let anyone else inject my upper cervical spine but then.

I went to his practice and was treated here for nearly 3 years. I was in horrible and debilitating pain following being rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident. They misdiagnosed me and failed to identify that my pain was coming from a torn disc in my neck. After doing facet injections in my neck they ruled out my neck as the source of my pain. As if facet joints are the only reason someone could be experiencing neck pain or the only thing in someone's neck that could sustain injury following a motor vehicle accident. They then started believing it was a shoulder injury, due to my neck causing referral pain into my shoulder. They then did several unnecessary steriod shoulder injections and trigger point injections. When those failed they recommended I go to Steadman Hawkins for exploratory shoulder surgery. Thank God Steadman Hawkins referred me for a second opinion to Dr. Sanjay Jatana and wanted to truly rule out it wasn't a neck issue before doing the exploratory shoulder surgery. Dr. Jatana was able to correctly diagnose my neck injury in just 2 visits and did the neck surgery I needed for the grade 5 annular tear in my neck. I waisted nearly 3 years and tens of thousands of dollars at the Centennial-Schultz Clinic. The doctor I dealt with, concerning my neck, was very egotistical and was not kind in most of his interactions with me. He became more and more dismissive of my symptoms as his treatments failed to alleviate my pain and began acting like it was in my head and gaslighting me. Now, I also know that all the unnecessary and harmful steriod injections he did made my problems worse and are not advised for people with hEDS. He also failed to diagnose me with hEDS but Dr. Sanjay Jatana's office was also able to correctly identify and diagnose that I have hEDS as well and that my hEDS and cranio-cervical instability (CCI) and are contributing factors to my ongoing neck pain. To make matters worse, since learning I have cranio-cervical instability, I discovered that one of the few specialists in the US for this condition was working at the Centeno-Shultz Clinic during the entire duration I was being treated there. However, they never had me see this specialist due to misdiagnosing my neck issue as a shoulder issue. That doctor left there in 2021 and moved to Hawaii. There is no surgeon left in Colorado now that specializes in CCI. I finally have a correct diagnosis of hEDS and CCI but can't get the treatment I need for these issue now, due to the doctors at the Centeno-Shultz Clinic misdiagnosing me. I absolutely would not advise anyone go here for accurate diagnosis or treatment of their cervical issues.

Our experience with Centeno-Schultz in Broomfield I am honestly still angry about this. Our family member was extremely vulnerable after a brain injury and we were trying desperately to find something that would actually help. We were strongly encouraged to consider an invasive procedure involving injections into the upper neck for problems that included serious neurocognitive symptoms. We did NOT go through with it, and I thank God we stopped and did our own research first. The more we looked, the more uncomfortable I became. I could not find good evidence that cervical prolotherapy actually treats a TBI or fixes the neurocognitive problems caused by one. There is a study with only SIX people looking at cervical prolotherapy for traumatic neck pain and movement in the neck. Six people is not evidence to me that injecting the neck is going to heal someone’s injured brain. There are also published reports of serious complications from cervical injections, including nerve damage, bleeding, spinal headaches, pneumothorax and even spinal cord injury. That was enough to make me ask WHY we were being pushed toward something this invasive when the evidence for the actual problem we needed treated was so weak. What makes me even angrier is that these are people dealing with brain injuries. They are desperate. Their families are desperate. They will spend thousands of dollars and travel across the country because they just want their loved one to get better. That is a horrible position to be in, and it is exactly why I believe clinics need to be completely honest about what their treatments can and cannot actually do. From our perspective, it started feeling less like someone was trying to find the right answer for our family member and more like we were being sold another expensive procedure. I cannot tell anyone what their intentions are, but I can tell you exactly how it felt to us: like the money mattered more than finding the right answer. And thankfully, we stopped. The thing that actually helped our family member was HBOT. It brought the inflammation and overwhelming fight-or-flight/autonomic response down to a manageable level and finally gave our family member some room to actually keep working toward recovery. It wasn’t instant. It wasn’t easy. It took time and dedication. But we saw a real difference. We also met many other families who told us they had seen meaningful changes with HBOT. I’m not saying HBOT is a cure for everyone. I’m saying it helped OUR family member, and I am incredibly thankful we found it instead of going through with a procedure we were not convinced was justified. I am so glad we questioned what we were being told. I am so glad we didn’t let someone else’s confidence make the decision for us. And I am especially glad we didn’t allow an already vulnerable brain-injured person to undergo an invasive neck procedure when we couldn’t find convincing evidence that it was actually going to address the problems we were trying to fix. If you are considering Centeno-Schultz for TBI or neurocognitive problems, please slow down and do your own research before spending thousands of dollars. Get another opinion. Ask them to show you the actual evidence that their procedure treats the specific problem your loved one has. Don’t just accept a confident explanation because it sounds scientific. We almost did. And I will never stop being grateful that we didn’t.

Ever grateful for Dr Schutz and the Centeno Schultz Clinc. After suffering with craniocervical instability for two years after a horrible car crash and seeing a litany of other providers/specialities with no results (I was home/bed bound and had symptoms simply picking up an Iphone) I’m not sure where I would be were it not for Dr Schultz and the Centeno Schultz Clinic. Very kind doctor with integrity who actually cares about curing patients. Excellent doctor and excellent care. I only wish I had come sooner.

Dr. Schultz is super talented and is actually the best imaging interpreter I've ever had in my medical journey. He's also very fun and upbeat, so I highly recommend working with him and his team. This is the most buzzing clinic I've ever been to. The staff is super competent and professional, and they keep things very upbeat while doing very serious things to help your body. I just had my procedure, so I can't report on the outcome. Everything up to this point has gone as well as I could imagine for such a procedure.

Everyone was so professional and laid back, with plenty of personality, which is comforting when getting anything done with the spine because medical procedures can be rough. I had a good PRP injections in my neck and my shoulder and both went great
