Dr. Pitts is originally from Chicago, IL but is a medical graduate of Vanderbilt School of Medicine in Nashville, TN. After Vanderbilt he completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. The focus of PM&R is restoration of function and quality of life.

Dr. Markle is a south Florida native. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University, earning his degree in osteopathic medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R/ Physiatry) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
Matthew William Hyzy, DO
Dr. Hyzy is a Chicago native but moved to Florida in his youth and started his pursuit of medical training. He is a graduate of LECOM Bradenton where he started to develop his interest in Neuromuscular medicine. Dr. Hyzy completed residency training at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (P.M.R./Physiatry).
Chaz Fausel, MD
Dr. Chaz Fausel grew up in the Atlanta, Georgia, area. Being the first in his family to graduate college, Dr. Fausel obtained his Bachelor of Science at the University of Georgia, in Athens. Dr. Fausel was then admitted to the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where he obtained his Medical Doctorate.
Mairin Jerome, MD
Dr. Jerome is a physiatrist and current fellow in Interventional Orthopedics at the Centeno-Schultz clinic. Originally from New York City, she received her undergraduate degree in studio art from Brown University with a thematic focus on spinal anatomy, microscopic tissue, and the human experience of trauma.
Sarah Pastoriza, DO
Dr. Pastoriza is a physiatrist with specialty training in interventional pain management and new to Interventional Orthopedics at the Centeno- Schultz clinic. Her interests are primarily in the biomechanics of the human body and in the applications of regenerative medicine for a multitude of injuries in an effort to help patients avoid a more invasive operative intervention.
