All Regenexx procedures are performed by our expert physicians using ultrasound guidance, fluoroscopy (real-time X-rays), or both to guarantee that we’re delivering cells into the precise location of your injury.

Most orthopedic practices perform injections blind without any kind of image guidance. Research shows that even trained physicians miss the target location 20-40% of the time when not using image guidance. Even when non-Regenexx physicians do use image guidance, they’ve only been trained in basic injection procedures and lack the sophisticated training provided to our expert physicians to ensure precise placement of orthobiologics.
